Joe Schuchert is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Schuchert Retail Group. Joe co-founded Schuchert Retail Group in 2019 with his brother, Jim Schuchert. Joe brings 7 years of experience in commercial real estate and has already closed over 315 net lease retail transactions throughout 38 states totaling more than $447 million in value.
Joe specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant NNN properties nationwide. Joe represents a multitude of clients ranging from high net worth individuals, developers, institutions, and private investors to meet their specific real estate goals.
BUSINESS BACKGROUND:
Prior to starting Schuchert Retail Group, Joe was a Vice President with SRS Real Estate Partners. Before becoming a broker, Joe worked for Frontier Real Estate Investments, a Southern California based retail developer, specializing in the development of single and multi-tenant properties throughout California for national retailers such as Chase Bank, Rite Aid, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, ALDI, Rite Aid and others. At Frontier, Joe was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development cycle including acquisition, entitlements, due diligence, project management and leasing.
